Gstaad, Switzerland
Born in the fairytale village of Gstaad
Soirée Jazz revives Gstaad's winter jazz tradition - intimate evenings of swing, standards, and champagne at bouquet, Le Grand Bellevue's private club.
From the 1950s through the 1980s, Gstaad's hotels hosted legendary jazz nights - Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, and countless touring ensembles played intimate rooms for international guests. The music wasn't background; it was the reason to gather.
Soirée Jazz returns to that spirit: curated performances, limited seating, and an atmosphere built for listening. No tickets, no stage barriers - just musicians, champagne, and an evening that unfolds naturally.

The Jazz Club
bouquet at Le Grand Bellevue offers an intimate setting for listening - warm lighting, lounge seating, and a room that breathes with the music.
Not a concert hall. Not background entertainment. A salon where jazz leads the evening.
The Repertoire
Swing, standards, and the timeless American songbook. Music from the era when Gstaad's hotels were winter homes to touring ensembles.
Intimate trios and quartets, personally selected. No amplification overload, no stage separation - musicians perform in the round, guests sit close.
The Experience
Arrive at 20:00. Krug Champagne on arrival. Chef Francesco de Bartolomeis' creations accompany the evening.
Three sets of music at conversation level - listening, then speaking, then listening again. The evening unfolds naturally, lingering as long as it should.
The Scarlet Letter
Order this signature cocktail and receive a sealed envelope containing a confession from the previous guest who ordered it. Open it, or leave it sealed - but if you read it, you must write your own.
This is Gstaad as it was - and as it should be again.
